Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery duration varies based on destination and carrier capacity. While most shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to high demand or external factors may occur. Seasonal collections or limited-edition launches may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated during checkout.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. Expedited services are temporarily unavailable but may be introduced regionally in future updates. Cost calculations are automated during checkout based on cart weight and destination.

Shipping Regions

Currently serving 30+ countries across North America, Europe, and select Asian markets. We cannot ship to PO boxes, military bases, or remote islands due to carrier restrictions. Certain regions may experience temporary service suspensions during extreme weather events or local disruptions. Customers in unsupported territories may use third-party forwarding services at their own discretion.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and carrier link. For consolidated shipments, individual tracking codes will be provided per package. Our system updates tracking details every 12-24 hours; allow 48 hours for initial scan updates after label generation. Mobile-friendly tracking is available via our website's order status portal.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by 5+ business days, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We'll initiate carrier investigations within 48 hours and provide interim solutions. Lost shipments confirmed by carriers qualify for reshipment or refund per your preference. Claims typically resolve within 7-10 business days.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing. We declare all packages at actual value with accurate product descriptions. For EU shipments, VAT is collected at checkout where applicable. We recommend consulting your country's import regulations before ordering high-value shipments.
